Die Jaghuys is a 100-year-old, luxuriously restored cottage in George along the Garden Route. It is situated in an established neighbourhood where neighbours walk their dogs, and children cycle in the streets; a peaceful retreat, yet still within easy reach of local amenities.
The cottage can accommodate up to 4 guests and consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and includes an en-suite bathroom with a basin, toilet and bath. The second bedroom contains a double bed, and the private bathroom is equipped with a basin, toilet and shower. Linen and bath towels are provided for your convenience.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a gas stove with electric oven, large fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and dishwasher. Meals can be enjoyed at the yellowwood dining table. The lounge has a smart TV with access to DStv and guests' own streaming service accounts, and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the cottage.
Guests can enjoy braai facilities in the small garden, with complimentary wood provided for the first braai. Undercover parking is available behind an electronic gate with laser security for added peace of mind.
A delicious deli and brewery are within walking distance of Die Jaghuys, and local golf courses, beaches, fine restaurants, and a variety of recreational and outdoor activities are also very close by. Die Jaghuys is ideal for those looking for a comfortable, stylish base from which to explore the Garden Route.
