House Rules
An access code will be sent to the customer's cellular phone once payment has been received.
The access code will be for the Main Gate, Guest Gate, Parking Gate & Room.
For longer stays, the customer must either;
Consult with the owner of the property to ensure availability or
Do a new booking with payment on the system.
If the access code was not delivered, a representative of the Guest House will receive the customer at the Main Gate access point.
Full English Breakfast - can be arranged on request
Health Breakfast (fruit & yoghurt) - can be arranged on request
Breakfast is served in the main house—indoors during winter and outdoors in summer.

| More than 2 weeks before check-in | 25%deposit refunded |
| Less than 2 weeks before check-in | 0%deposit refunded |
