Please note that the breakage deposit may be forfeited in the event of any broken, damaged, or missing items, as well as soiled, stained, or damaged linen. Complaints relating to noise disturbances, disorderly or drunken behaviour, or the use of cannabis and other illegal substances may also result in the forfeiture of the breakage deposit.
Any property that is damaged, missing, soiled, or vandalised will be charged at the full replacement cost. Guests are kindly requested not to move cutlery, crockery, or cooking utensils between units.
Check-out time is strictly 10:00.
Please refrain from moving furniture within the unit or taking any furniture outside. Garden chairs are available on request. Failure to comply may result in charges being deducted from the breakage deposit.
No visitors are allowed. Management reserves the right to request any unauthorised guests to leave the premises immediately.
Caterers, event planners, or party organisers may not enter or use the premises unless prior arrangements have been made with management. An additional facility fee may apply. Management reserves the right to request any unauthorised personnel to leave. Guests are also requested not to bring their own catering equipment, such as pots and pans, as all units are fully equipped. Additional items can be arranged on request.
Each unit has a maximum occupancy of 2 guests, which may not be exceeded. Co-sleeping with children is not permitted. An extra bed or baby cot can be arranged at an additional cost.
Bath towels are not to be used on the floor, as a bath mat is provided for this purpose. Please do not place wet towels on beds or furniture. Bath towels may not be used at the swimming pool. Failure to comply may result in cleaning charges being deducted from the breakage deposit.
Please note that weekend bookings do not include unit servicing, linen changes, or towel changes. Guests are kindly requested not to iron on beds, countertops, towels, or blankets.
Please ensure that all electrical appliances, including the iron, air conditioner, television, fan, and lights, are switched off when leaving the unit and upon departure.
The swimming pool and all related facilities are used entirely at guests’ own risk, as no lifeguard service is provided. No glasses or glass bottles are allowed in or around the pool area. Please refrain from diving or playing loud music near the pool.
Smoking is restricted in accordance with the Tobacco Products Control Act, 2007, and its amendments. Smoking inside the units and in public areas is prohibited. Ashtrays are available on request. Please do not dispose of cigarette butts in the garden or plant pots. Failure to comply may result in charges being deducted from the breakage deposit.
Dustbins are provided in each unit, and additional black bags are available on request. Please do not throw bones, food, bottles, bottle caps, tins, or any other refuse into the garden or plant pots. Additional rubbish bins are available at the braai area.
No fireworks or firecrackers are permitted.
Braai facilities are available, and guests may request a braai grid if required. Only charcoal or briquettes may be used. Wood is not permitted. Failure to comply may result in charges being deducted from the breakage deposit.
The use, possession, distribution, or sale of illegal drugs, inhalants, cannabis, or any form of intoxicated or drunken behaviour is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the premises without compensation.
Noise, Music, and Behaviour
While we encourage guests to enjoy their stay, we kindly request that this be done responsibly and with full consideration for fellow guests.
No loud noise, raised voices, music, or disturbances of any kind are permitted inside or outside the units at any time, especially after 22:00.
