Pennie op die Spoor can accommodate 2 guests and comprises a king-size bed that can be converted into 2 single beds if needed, and an en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. Linen, towels and extra blankets are provided. There is also an electric blanket for the winter months. There is also a kettle, toaster, a bar fridge, and a microwave. Tea, coffee, milk and rusks are provided to guests too.

There is a kitchen that is fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. The main living area features an open-plan dining area where everyone can enjoy their meals together and a lounge with comfortable seating and a TV. DStv is available on request.
