House Rules
Estate rules and regulations must be complied with at all times.
Simbithi Eco Estate is a residential estate where residents live permanently. Any loud music or unreasonable noise causing a disturbance to neighbouring properties or residents will result in an immediate penalty being issued. This includes, but is not limited to:
Loud music
Excessive revving of cars or motorbikes
Fireworks (strictly prohibited)
Excessive screaming or shouting
Undesirable behaviour within the estate will result in punitive action being taken. This includes:
Abusive behaviour towards security staff
Driving under the influence of alcohol
Swimming or using watercraft in any of the dams
Discharging firearms, air guns, or any other weapons within the estate
Hanging linen, clothing, or towels over balconies
Other important rules:
Only golf carts with valid permits are allowed on estate roads
The speed limit within the estate is 40 km/h
No pets are allowed. If found, they must be removed immediately
Strictly 2 occupants per bedroom
No animal, bird, or reptile may be slaughtered within the estate
No meat, fish, or carcasses may be hung out to dry or cure within the estate
Drones are not permitted
Feeding of monkeys or other wildlife is prohibited
