Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis.
House Rules
Rates exclude alcoholic beverages, meals, transfers, gratuities, additional activities and extra services such as child minding, additional daily cleaning, catering and laundry (should be done in advance).
Children aged between 0 and 3 stay free.
Children aged between 4 and 18 pay 100% of the sharing rate.
All guests will be required to provide confirmation voucher or positive ID when checking in and a copy of the ID document / passport / birth certificate will be made for record purposes. Please ensure that you have the necessary documents with you on arrival.
All guests will be required to sign an indemnity form on arrival.
We recommend that all guests have a comprehensive travel insurance to cover injury, medical costs, cancellation and loss or damage to personal belongings.
The house is serviced every second day, should you require daily servicing please advise as there is an additional cost for this.
