House Rules
Guests are required to present valid identification, such as an ID, driver’s licence, or passport, on arrival. A completed pre-check-in form and photocopies of all guests’ identification or passports are required.
No person will be permitted on the premises without valid identification.
No parties or loud music are permitted on the property. Silence is required between 23:00 and 08:00, and no foul language is allowed.
No visitors or day visitors are permitted. Only guests included in the booking may access the premises.
Pets are only allowed by prior arrangement and pre-authorisation from the owner, and only small breeds are permitted. Pets must be kept on a leash outside the room, may not be left unattended, and are not allowed on the bedding. Guests must bring their own pet bedding. A pet policy applies.
Children aged 0 to 12 years are only permitted with pre-authorisation from the owner, and additional charges apply. Children do not stay free.
Smoking is not permitted in the rooms and is only allowed in designated areas.
Check-in is between 14:00 and 16:00 unless otherwise arranged with the establishment. Check-out is at 10:00.
Guests must bring their own swimming towels, as well as umbrellas for the beach or swimming, as these are not provided.
The owner resides on the premises with friendly cats and a dog. The guest rooms are located outside the main house. Any enquiries or issues must be reported to the on-site office immediately.
Any damages must be reported immediately and paid for before departure. Failure to comply with the house rules may result in guests being required to vacate the premises within 1 hour without a refund.
For stays longer than one day, guests are requested to place dirty cups, cutlery, and crockery in the provided basket or waste bin and leave it outside the room by the door for cleaning. Housekeeping services can be arranged on-site, with or without an additional cost.
