House Rules
Additional Property Safety Rules
No parties or events
Absolutely no gatherings, celebrations, or events allowed.
No loud music
From 8 PM to 5 AM, no loud music is allowed.
No pets or animals
No pets or any animals are allowed on the property.
Guest limit
Maximum of 8 guests allowed.
Sauna rules
•You may use the sauna, but it must be turned off when not in use.
•This is the most important rule: Do not leave the sauna on.
Pool safety
•Children must be supervised at all times while in the pool.
•Any accidents or damage must be reported to the host immediately.
Pool table rules
•No drinks on the pool table.
•Do not throw the balls on the floor.
•Always return balls and cues to their proper place.
•Any damage will be charged.
No filming or commercial events
•Commercial filming or events are not allowed.
•Unauthorised filming will incur a large additional charge.
Front gate & doors
•Always keep the front gate closed when entering or leaving.
•Do not leave the front door open at any time.
Checkout keys
•Place the keys back in the lockbox.
•Scramble the lockbox numbers after returning the keys.
