Description
Flamingo's Rest on Breede River is a self-catering house located on the banks of the Breede River estuary in a private area of Infanta. The property enjoys direct access to the secluded beach near the river mouth and is ideal for a family or group of friends seeking a coastal retreat.
The house can accommodate 8 adults and 2 children and comprises 4 bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom contains a king-size bed, a bunk bed and an air conditioner. Both rooms have en-suite bathrooms fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. The third bedroom has 2 single beds, and the fourth bedroom contains a double bed. These rooms share a bathroom fitted with a shower, 2 basins, and toilet.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, air fryer, 4-slice toaster, gas and electric kettles, and microwave. The living area features a comfy lounge suite as well as a TV. The house has an indoor braai area, as well as a dining table. Outside, guests will find a pizza oven, outside table and chairs, outside portable braai, a kettle braai, and a fire pit overlooking the river. Basic starter portions of coffee, tea, sugar and toilet paper will be provided. Dishwashing liquid, salt, pepper, as well as some herbs are provided.
The area boasts mountain biking trails for both beginners and experts, fishing and fly-fishing opportunities, and other water-based activities for visitors to enjoy.
