House Rules
Check-in is from 14h00 and check-out is strictly before 10h00.
Keys will only be handed over once full payment is received.
All guests must sign the register when checking in.
Only 1 caravan and a maximum of 2 vehicles are allowed per campsite and 1 vehicle per chalet.
No clothing lines may be hung as these are provided at the laundry.
Guests are kindly asked to park in the allocated parking space.
Keys must be handed in at the office upon departure.
All complaints must be recorded in writing in the office complaints book.
Instructions and requests may not be given to the resort's staff as this needs to be submitted to the office.
Quiet times are from 22h00.
Loud music is not allowed.
Children need to be under parental supervision at all times.
Driving under the influence is strictly prohibited.
Pets, quad bikes and fireworks are not allowed.
Day visitors are not allowed.
Guests are not allowed to swim after 21h00.
Eating and drinking in the pool will not be tolerated.
Toilet paper is not provided in ablutions and guests will need to bring their own.
