Wonderlike ontspannende verblyf. Ons het dit baie geniet en sal dit graag aanbeveel. Die uitsig is asemrowend, die staproete en uitkykpunte lekker en die gashere baie vriendelik en gasvry.

Bliss at the top of the world. Absolute bliss! What a magnificent venue. Apart from the exceptional beauty of the position, the staff were friendly and helpful. They bent over backwards to accommodate me. Top drawer toiletries, coffee machine, linen. What a spoil!

Enough said above. The host was very welcoming, the facility was well equipped, the WiFi was not operational even though there are a few links to use; they all were sketchy. The fridge was intermittent and the smart TV could not work due to the WiFi being sketchy. The chalet is next to the maintenance workshop and from early in the morning, you heard the staff talking and the air smelled strongly of petrol fumes from their equipment. The room was not serviced from one day to the next even though it is self-catering; this is a boutique facility after all. We made the best of the facility and did not want to spoil our stay with complaints; however, the management must be aware of these issues.

We’re pleased to hear that you found our host welcoming and the unit well equipped — that is certainly the standard of hospitality we strive to uphold. However, we are sincerely sorry for the inconveniences you experienced. The WiFi connectivity issues, and the impact this had on the smart TV, are not reflective of the seamless experience we aim to provide. We have since escalated this to our service provider to ensure the connection is stable and reliable throughout the property. I am pleased to confirm that this has been addressed and that our WiFi is now operating as it should. We are equally concerned to hear about the intermittent fridge performance and the disturbance from the nearby maintenance area. The fridge issue was due to it being pushed too far back, which affected the power connection. We are in the process of modifying this setup to prevent it from happening again. We are also reviewing operational procedures with our team to minimise early-morning noise and any fumes affecting guest comfort, which were likely caused by equipment being prepared for the day’s work. Regarding servicing, our self-catering units are serviced on request. If this was not communicated clearly during your stay, we sincerely apologise. We understand the expectations that come with a boutique experience and will ensure this information is conveyed more effectively to future guests. We do regret that these concerns were not brought to our attention during your stay, as we would have welcomed the opportunity to address and rectify them immediately to ensure your comfort. Our team is always available to assist, and guest satisfaction remains our highest priority. We truly appreciate that you chose to make the best of your stay and did not allow these issues to overshadow your time with us. Your feedback helps us improve, and for that, we are grateful. Heerlike onstpannende omgewing - sentraal om al die mooi plekke te besoek. Die jong dinamiese span wat ons ontvang het by Hilltop, is so entoesiaties en dra by tot 'n wonderlike ervaring. Dankie aan Shane, Christine en Pieter dat julle ons so welkom laat voel het. Ons het dit geniet.

A spectacular experience. This is a truly wonderful find. Breathtaking views, tremendous peace and tranquillity, very comfortable rooms, exceptional hospitality, and beautiful gardens. Just wonderful!
