Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R600 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
The guests have free use of the pool and braai facilities. Regretably no visitors or stay overs allowed.
No glass bottles in the pool or around the pool area.
Keep windows closed when you go out, as this is a nature conservation area, with occasional troops of monkeys passing over. Lock your unit when you leave the premises.
No Loud Music or Fireworks. The landlord will not take responcibility for Maeser Armed Reaction giving a warning. These are the bylaws of the village.
Check the gate closes. In the case of heavy rain, as is common is the area, do not force the gate, and contact emergency contact, who lives across the road to come and assist.
The unit is cleaned before and after occupation. Cleaning products supplied.
The breakage deposit needs to be given to the host on arrival.
It will be eft to the guests account at the end of the business day of departure.
