House Rules
The establishment is NOT a party venue and is a NOISE-FREE ZONE, allowing all guests to enjoy the natural beauty of the Berg.
Please respect other guests who have booked to enjoy a peaceful break from the hustle of city life.
Guests are prohibited from the following:
Drones
Loud Music
Braais
Self-catering
Alcohol in public areas
Cooler boxes in rooms
Bicycles or the use of sports equipment in corridors and pathways
No refunds or compensation will be issued if you are escorted off the property for failing to adhere to these rules.
Please take note of these rules before confirming your booking.
No storage for food and drinks.
The Farm Kitchen serves a 3-course dinner at 7 pm, at an extra cost per person. Kindly confirm dinner reservations by 4 pm daily.
Breakfast consists of muesli, yogurt, fresh fruit, a hot plated meal and something sweet served at 8 am, at an extra cost per person.
Light lunches are available from 12 pm-4 pm and pizzas are available at any time.
Alcoholic drinks can be brought with you but in moderation please.
The lodge is a noise-free zone (no loud music, radio and there are no televisions). We are home to much wildlife.
Laundry service is available at an extra cost. Small loads and no irons or ironing boards available. WiFi is not available in the rooms but it is available in the public lounge areas.
