Excellent. It was the best stay ever. Julia's family was very supportive. We struggled to operate the TV; her children came to assist us.

Algemeen nie vir vakansiegangers nie, is meer 'n een aand oornag slaapplek. Ongelukkig maak die plek voorsiening vir vakansiegangers. Yskas te klein vir 7 dae (selfcatering). Potte en panne is onbruikbaar en geen broodtoaster nie. Geen voorsiening vir 'n spieël om hare droog te maak naby 'n kragpunt nie. TV het geen voorsiening vir algemene programme en sport nie. Klein sitkamerstoele sit ongemaklik en duik in. Geen tafel om op te eet nie, behalwe buite. Slegs een bedkassie (dubbelbed) en oop hangplek in slaapkamer. Geen kluis om waardevolle artikels in te sit.

We would have appreciated receiving your concerns via a private message rather than in the manner they were raised. Nowhere in our listing do we state that a toaster is provided, nor that there is a mirror positioned near a plug point. That said, your feedback has been noted. The television is equipped with Google TV, including access to sport apps and Netflix. Should you wish to watch DStv, you are welcome to log in using your own DStv credentials. We are, however, disappointed by the way our staff were treated. Such behaviour was unkind and rude and is not acceptable. Our standard check-in time is 2:00 pm. Despite this, we were willing to accommodate your request for a later check-in. You arrived earlier than 2:00 pm and expressed dissatisfaction while the cleaning team was still completing their work. This was unreasonable, as the property was still being prepared according to our clearly stated check-in policy. We always strive to be accommodating and respectful to our guests, and we expect the same courtesy to be shown to our staff and our house rules.
