Breakage Deposit

House Rules
There are no activities, restaurants, play areas, bars or a swimming pool on site.
Guests must please respect the permanent residents on site and keep noise levels to a minimum.
Noise levels are to please be kept to a minimum.
No day visitors are allowed.
The units are not serviced. If this is required, it must be organised when booking at an additional cost cash on arrival.
A fishing and bait license is a must for those wanting to collect mussels or fish.
There are designated roads on the property for cycling or walking.
