Lovely hotel, comfortable room, friendly staff, and relaxing time around the pool. Lovely quaint hotel, excellent accommodation in the Honeymoon Suite, and exceptional service from Yolandi.

Die Karoo Hotel. Dit is 'n regte Karoo hotel met 'n ou wêreld identiteit waar gister se stories nog loop. Hier slaap jy lekker en kuier lekker saam met die locals in die kroeg.

Beautiful, quaint hotel but would not recommend the honeymoon cottage. We have stayed at the hotel previously and have always enjoyed our visits. The hotel rooms are beautifully decorated and very spacious. On this occasion, we booked the honeymoon cottage; however, it was significantly smaller than the standard rooms and did not have air conditioning despite temperatures reaching 40°C. As a result, the cottage was extremely uncomfortable and did not cool down during the night. We were forced to keep doors and windows open, which led to a large number of mosquitoes. In addition, the website listing stated that the kitchen was equipped with a fridge and microwave, but neither was available upon our arrival. After inquiring several times, my husband eventually had to carry a very heavy fridge himself, which was disappointing and not the level of service we expected. In future, we will definitely rather book the air-conditioned rooms. The food and hotel service are still good, and the swimming pool was a life saver.
