Description
Klipinnibos Nature Farm is a self-catering nature retreat near the Mpumalanga mountains. It is located on a smallholding surrounded by indigenous forest, grasslands, and a bubbling spring. Access is via an 18 km or 25 km gravel road, taking 30 to 50 minutes to drive.
The property accommodates up to 12 guests in 2 units. The main stone house sleeps 8 guests in 3 bedrooms. Room 1 has a queen bed, Room 2 has a double bed, and Room 3 is a loft accessed via a steep ladder with a queen bed and 2 single beds. The shared ground-floor bathroom has a shower, basin, and separate toilet. The small glamp-cottage sleeps 4 guests with 2 single beds and 2 loft mattress beds accessed via a ladder, and has an adjoining shower with a compost toilet. Linen and towels are provided.
The stone house has a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, 2-plate gas stove, kettle, and basic cutlery and crockery. The living area has comfortable seating, a fireplace, and Wi-Fi. A covered patio with outdoor furniture and a fire pit is available, and secure parking is provided.
Guests can enjoy walking trails through the indigenous forest and up the mountain for panoramic views, as well as swings, benches, a picnic table, and a yoga pavilion. Well-behaved pets are welcome by arrangement. Guests are requested to keep noise levels low between 22:00 and 7:00 to respect the farm environment.
