House Rules
Please note that there is a gravel road leading to the accommodation. Guests are required to enquire from the establishment about the condition of the gravel road before booking.
No smoking is permitted inside, but outside is allowed.
The hosts politely request that noise be kept to a minimum, to be considerate of the nature reserve and neighbours.
Transfers to and from Lanseria International Airport can be arranged with the local transfer company.
Pets are welcome by prior arrangement.
Small events with up to 30 people are permitted, strictly by prior arrangement.
The day guest fee is additional and applicable per person, up to 30 people.
No sound systems are allowed, except for a Bluetooth speaker during the day in the entertainment area. These can be used between 10:00 and 21:00, due to the sound restrictions in the nature reserve.
Children must be supervised at all times at the dam.
