House Rules
Brenton Haven reserves the right to change the allocated unit should the need arise.
Check-in and check-out times must be respected. Reception hours may vary; in the case of late arrivals, keys will be left with security.
All units are strictly non-smoking.
Units are serviced every third day. Units are serviced daily at no additional cost.
Guests are advised that all service quotations and prices are subject to change. Should an error occur, a revised quote will be issued for approval before confirming services or rates.
Guests are kindly requested to leave the unit in a clean and tidy condition upon departure. Should the housekeeping team need to perform excessive cleaning, including unwashed crockery, cutlery, and cookware, an additional cleaning fee will apply.
Any damage to the unit or its contents, including furniture, fixtures, or equipment, will be charged to the guest in full. Photo evidence will be provided, along with invoices reflecting the repair or replacement costs.
Photography and video recording may occasionally take place on the property and within the facilities. By entering the premises, guests consent to the use of such images for promotional purposes by Brenton Haven or authorised third parties. Copyright of such content remains with Brenton Haven or the relevant party.
Transaction fees on card payments are non-refundable in the case of cancellations or refund reversals.
The cardholder must be present at check-in with valid ID or passport.
The credit card used for payment must be presented upon check-in.
