Relaxing, fun. I must say I will definitely come again to Millennial Arch. It is so quiet and relaxing; everything is near and within walking distance. We also received very good customer service from Mario, and he is a friendly guy. I asked him if we could arrange to stay for a few hours after checking out, and he didn't even hesitate.

We didn't expect such awesome service from Mario. Very peaceful. Everything was convenient, like shops, lift, parking.

It was pleasant. First, we weren't informed firsthand that we were moved to unit 92 or asked if it was ok. I booked specifically for the 2 single beds in unit 81. Furthermore, according to your representative, household items, e.g. kitchen detergent, should have been available for washing up. Drainage was poor in the shower, which caused the overflow to seep through the seal between the glass onto the floor on the toilet side, and the floor is also very wet after showering. I would not recommend the unit if you want to sleep in, as there are loud noises from the rafters where birds are nesting. Upon writing this, it was a pleasant stay. A plus is the elevator, thanks.

Overall we had a decent stay at Millenial Arch. Overall, the stay was great. Very easy check-in process and well-maintained flat. I expected there to be a few items like dishwashing liquid, toilet paper and blankets which were not available. Since we stayed for one night, we managed with the bedding and linen available. I encourage the owner to consider adding the above items at a minimum to make the stay more pleasant.
