Pleasant stay close to quite a few tourist-type attractions. Our stay was comfortable; the unit is quite large and tidy. No problems.

Unit is good - customer experience could be a lot better. The unit and bedding were clean - I can't complain. However, the duvet inner did not fit the cover (too small), and while the bedding was clean, I did not appreciate the many stains on the white cover. The unit is big with ample appliances, and the photos are a very fair representation. The check-in process was frustrating - the parking entrance is not on the same street as the address on the booking form. After calling the website, they gave me the number Cape Town Stayz Accommodation, who facilitated the check-in. I did not enjoy or appreciate the long check-in process. Parking bays inside the beautiful but old building are very small, so a nightmare getting in and out.
