House Rules
This is an eco-friendly residential area. Quiet times are 23:00 to 07:00 daily.
No pets allowed.
No loud music, noise, or parties are allowed at any time.
No laundry to be visible on or hung over the balcony.
Cars may not park in front of the apartment, make use of allocated visitors' parking in the complex.
No throwing of cigarette ends over the balcony or on the property.
Use of the communal pool is for checked-in guests and residents only. No visitors are allowed in this area.
Late check-out will result in an additional stay charge.
If the house rules are not adhered to, a penalty will be applied.
