Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Parties or loud gatherings are strictly prohibited. Guests booking for a party or event should note that estate security may remove guests, and no refunds will be issued.
Quiet hours are observed from 21:00 to 07:00. Estate rules must be followed at all times. Valid government-issued identification is required for all adult guests prior to arrival.
Guests must park only in designated areas or visitor bays as instructed. Parking in other residents’ bays may result in clamping or fines.
Daily or mid-stay cleaning is not included for short stays, but can be arranged at an additional cost upon request. The maximum number of occupants allowed in the apartment is 4.
