Smoking cigarettes is also prohibited.
Visitors are not allowed.
Guests must behave in a manner acceptable by civilised standards; failure to do so may result in eviction from the apartment.
Quiet hours must be observed between 22:00 PM and 08:00 AM.
Refuse must not be left in front of doors or in fire escapes.
