Clean room, decent location, but unbearably hot, noisy, and uncomfortable due to. The location is fine and convenient, with a coffee shop directly across the road. Check-in was okay, although the security staff at reception were not very helpful or friendly, and check-out was much the same. The room itself was clean. The door to the room is very difficult to open and requires far more force than one would reasonably expect. At first, I thought the door was locked. The lack of basic climate control completely ruined the stay. There is no fan or air-conditioning unit in the room. Walking in felt like stepping into an oven and the room remained unbearably hot. With no way to circulate air, I had to leave the windows open throughout the night. This then exposed another major issue. The room is affected by loud gate noise, including a gate to a parking area below the room and the main gate to the street. Gates were opening and closing throughout the night, and the noise was very disruptive. Combined with the heat, this made proper rest impossible. Overall, the discomfort far outweighed any positives. This was an unpleasant stay and not somewhere I would return to.
