Definitely would come back. Awesome place to stay in the backdrop of the mountain; the river was pumping as well whilst we were there but really loved it.

Mooi ligging met fantastiese views. Mooi ligging en die cottage is baie goed toegerus. Dis lekker privaat en die "hot tub" was fantasties.

A treasure within a 2 hr drive of CT. Superb location, quiet and safe, with glorious views. Dog friendly is a plus. Lovely orchard walks have been mapped out. We were a large family group with young kids and pre-teens, and all had a great deal of fun. Cottage 1 and 2 - this is actually a single building, so ideal for a group of up to 16. 20 mins drive to wine and olive farms in the valley.

Basic but a well-maintained and stocked cottage for a large group. Great place for a large group of friends. Six beds in the loft did remind us slightly of being in a YMCA dormitory but worked perfectly fine. The only downside is that there is only one indoor bathroom on the property, so it can become a waiting game. There is an outside toilet and shower, but even then it was a struggle with eight of us (let alone sleeping ten). However, apart from that, the property was well maintained, beautiful settings at the foot of the mountains, and only a 10-minute drive to Tulbagh where we were enjoying the Christmas in Winter festivities. The hot tub was in a great setting (again, albeit not big enough for the entire group).

Blissful and tranquil. Our stay was absolutely amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed the tranquility. We enjoyed the crisp air on the patio with a hot cuppa, listening to the sound of the stream and late evenings with our kids in the hot tub. It was the perfect way to reset and unwind.
