No parties, loud music, or events are permitted.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Smoking is only permitted on the balconies with doors closed, and cigarette butts must be disposed of responsibly.
Guests are asked to respect quiet hours at all times.
Always ensure doors and windows are locked when leaving the apartment.
Do not share gate or key safe codes with anyone.
For your safety, please park only in Garage A606 (green remote button).
Security patrols operate 24/7 to monitor common areas and enforce house rules. Their duties include attending to disturbances, unruly behaviour, or loud music (police will be contacted if necessary), reporting rule violations, and facilitating the removal of abandoned vehicles.
Violation of house rules may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
Please do not remove décor items, kitchenware, or amenities from the unit.
Report any breakages or issues promptly so that assistance can be provided.
Guests are requested to use bins and recycling facilities where available.
