Description
Mystic Mountain Cottage is a cozy log cabin situated just a five-minute walk from Clarens Square, which offers a wide range of shops, restaurants, and bars. The house boasts beautiful views of the mountains to the south and east of Clarens.
Well-equipped for long-term self-catering stays, the cottage accommodates up to 8 guests with 3 bedrooms, a loft room, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area.
The upper floor features 2 bedrooms and an open loft room. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, the second bedroom has a double bed, and the loft room has 2 single beds. The upstairs bathroom is fitted with a bath, basin, and toilet.
Downstairs, the fourth bedroom is furnished with a double bed. Guests staying on this level use a separate bathroom fitted with a shower, bath, basin, and toilet.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas and electric stove, microwave, air fryer, fridge, and a scullery, alongside an eight-seater dining table. The sunny, double-volume lounge features comfortable seating, an open fireplace that warms the entire house, and a TV with the full DStv package. For added comfort during chilly winter days, electric blankets are provided on all beds, along with extra blankets and towels.
Outside, guests can enjoy a braai and sundowners from the verandah while taking in the surrounding views. The property is fully fenced with a secure gate and offers undercover parking next to the house. A daily cleaning service can also be arranged directly with the owner at an additional cost.
