House Rules
No pets are allowed. Each unit has 1 allocated parking bay; additional vehicles must use visitors’ parking. Incorrect parking may result in wheel clamping and a fine of R1,000.
Trailers must be parked in the designated trailer area, and oversized vehicles must use Kallisti visitors’ parking. The speed limit is 20 km/h. Please be mindful of wildlife and do not feed any animals.
No loud noise, music, or parties are allowed. Noise levels must be kept to a minimum, especially at night. Fireworks are not permitted. Laundry may not be hung over balconies; a drying yard is available.
Refuse must be disposed of in designated bins. Staff are not permitted to assist guests during working hours. Unlicensed drivers are not allowed.
Beach gates are locked between 22:00 and 05:00. Visitors require prior approval. Deliveries require an access code from the host. Children under 12 must be supervised. All emergencies must be reported to security.
