Extra Fees

Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
For security and safety purposes, all guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information is kept strictly confidential, and failure to submit it timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full responsibility for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
Paid parking is available on site, subject to availability. If full, guests may use the nearby Thibault Square Parking, which offers hourly and overnight rates. Should this also be full, street parking is available in the surrounding area.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, is provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged with at least 24 hours’ notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in. The amount varies depending on the property standard and may be adjusted at the discretion of management.
To support a sustainable and comfortable stay, electricity usage is subject to a fair use policy allowing reasonable daily consumption. Excessive usage may incur a reimbursement.
A late check-in fee of R250.00 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash to the property host on arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350.00 will apply.
