House Rules
Air conditioning operates on a prepaid system; guests are required to load purchased units before use
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit
Ou Maat is a self-catering unit; guests are required to bring their own towels, toiletries, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and groceries
Loud noise and music are not permitted
Parties are strictly not permitted
Windows must remain closed when guests are away from the unit to prevent baboons from entering
Furniture may not be moved outside
Items may not be removed from the swimming pool area, including pool equipment and chlorine dispensers
Guests are requested to wash and pack away dishes and remove refuse bags before departure
Wood may not be collected from the bush for firewood
Pool equipment, pumps, switches, valves, timers, and related systems may not be tampered with
Portable air conditioners and additional electrical appliances such as air fryers and electric frying pans are not permitted
Additional guests not included in the original booking may incur an additional nightly fee
Children must be supervised at all times in and around the swimming pool
