House Rules
The air conditioning operates on a prepaid system. Guests are required to upload their purchased units before use.
Smoking is not allowed inside the unit
Guests must bring their own towels.
Loud noise and music are not allowed.
Parties are not permitted and will not be tolerated.
All windows must be kept closed when guests are not in the unit, to prevent baboons from entering. Any resulting damage will be the guest’s responsibility.
Furniture, such as chairs, may not be used outside.
Nothing may be removed from the pool, including the chlorine dispenser.
Guests are kindly requested to wash and pack away all dishes and to remove all black bin bags before departure.
No wood may be taken from the bush for use as firewood.
Please do not tamper with the pool equipment, pump, water inlet valve, switches, or timer, and do not remove any equipment. The pool operates automatically, and the timer is set for a reason to switch on and off at specific times.
Equipment (such as the white pool flap and chlorine) is placed in the water for a specific purpose.
No mobile air-conditioners are allowed.
The owners accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury occurring on the property.
Any guests who arrive without being included in the original booking will be charged an additional fee per night.
Guests are responsible for supervising children in and around the pool.
