Very nice lodge with a cozy atmosphere. Gorgeous garden and very friendly host. The place was amazing! The host was so friendly, assisting with all our needs.

Bernadett was great. She was available whenever I needed or asked for something. Great stay. Very safe area. Clean and tidy room. Secure parking. Bernadett was awesome and very accommodating.

Cannot recommend this accommodation. This stay was a disaster. So much so that we left after one night even though we had paid for three! It is most disconcerting that the website can have this accommodation on its portal. The bed was comfortable and the shower water was hot; these are the only two points that were acceptable. Our host was unsure of which accommodation we had actually booked – not good! The front door could not be locked. The fact that the Trellidor could be locked does not fully compensate for the door not locking. The A-frame windows were dirty. The shower towel was torn and had a hole in it. The bedrooms are too small for a king-size bed. Having only one bedside table with a lamp on one side is unacceptable for a king-size bed. The plug point on the extension cord underneath the TV is far below standard. The tiny bathroom is difficult enough for two people, let alone four! Neither the bathroom nor the shower has any shelves for cosmetics, shampoo, soap, or shower gel. The vast amount of cupboards and shelves in the kitchen is totally overboard. The cupboards in the bedrooms were inadequate as far as shelving was concerned, and one of the cupboards did not close properly. Another cupboard had writing on the outside – definitely not acceptable. The whole interior appearance of the establishment looks as though all the clutter from "granny's old flat" was parked there. Everything, other than the beds, appears old and used. The parking arrangement is such that one has to wake other guests to drive in or out. The swimming pool, which features prominently on the website, was not clean – totally unacceptable, as this was an important factor in our decision to book this accommodation. My husband swims every morning, including during winter. The outside area and garden of the accommodation had not been swept or cleaned.

Safe, comfortable, relaxing. Fantastic stay, it is beautiful and very homey. Couldn't have asked for a better stay; the owner was very helpful and friendly.

Aan vaarbaar. Ons het nie lekker geslaap die eerste twee aande nie, maar die gasvrou het 'n plan gemaak met 'n ander matras toe ons haar in kennis gestel het.

Great stop and go. Had a generally pleasant experience overall. If you're someone who prefers to spend most of your day exploring the local area, this is a great place to rest your head at night. The accommodations were comfortable and provided almost everything one needed for a good night's sleep. One standout aspect of my stay was the assistance I received from the host's son. He was incredibly helpful and always available to answer any questions I had. His friendliness and enthusiasm truly enhanced my experience—a delightful young man! While I spent most of my time out and about, I felt well taken care of during my stay.
