No parties or excessive alcohol consumption are permitted on the premises.
No noise is permitted after 22:00. Guests are requested to please respect the neighbours.
Only the number of guests included in the booking will be permitted on the premises.
A maximum of 4 guests is permitted. Additional guests and extra mattresses are not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage.
The host accepts no responsibility for injuries to guests, pets, or loss or damage to personal belongings.
Pets are permitted on request, and the pet policy is strictly enforced.
Guests are requested to report any damages caused during their stay to the host immediately.
Guests are requested to please respect the property and avoid causing damage through negligence. Repair costs for damages caused by negligence will be for the guest’s account.
