Baie rustige, natuurskoon en veilige omgewing. Die cottage is pragtig en skoon. Ons het elke oomblik van ons kuier by Rhus Lancea geniet. Die gasvryheid staan uit en alles omtrent Rhus Lancea was vir ons eerste klas.

Absolutely amazing. We had such a lovely stay! The cottage is super cozy with a fireplace – perfect for winter. The vibe was great, and it’s really beautiful inside. If you're up early, definitely catch the sunrise. A friendly horse came to visit too! The host was very kind and recommended Black Horse Brewery and Distillery, which we really enjoyed. Would definitely go back to Rhus Lancea Cottage.

Peace, comfort and relaxation. I had a wonderful stay at Rhus Lancea! The host was one of the most hospitable, warm and caring people I have ever met on my travels. He was very attentive and made sure that every small detail was considered in guest comfort, from winter sheeting on the bed, to making a fire for me every evening, to a hot water bottle and guest gown. The cottage is beautiful and very comfortable, with a view across the farm and surroundings, and a pretty garden. It is peaceful, safe, and a calm haven from the world outside. I would highly recommend Rhus Lancea to anyone looking for a weekend getaway or stopover in Magaliesburg.

Fantastic break from city life in a very beautiful and comfortable environment. A haven of peace and tranquility! The cottage is spacious, very well equipped and features many artistic and personal touches. It has a fireplace (wood provided), a lovely patio from where you can watch the sunset. The garden plays host to a variety of birds and the views are spectacular. The cottage is very private and comfortable. Map directions are clear and it was easy to find. Security is excellent and hosts provide a warm welcome. is an excellent host and takes really good care of his visitors.

Rustig. Mooi. Salig. Dit was 'n bederf! Ons het dit baie geniet en lekker gerus! Die huisie is so mooi gebou, uitgelê en versier. Alles skep 'n atmosfeer van rus en vrede. Daar is baie moeite gedoen om te sorg dat 'n mens alles het wat jy nodig het en meer! Die natuurskoon is pragtig. Jy is lekker weggesteek op jou eie. Ons sal dit definitief aanbeveel!

A delightful cottage and host! What a delightful cottage and host! Clean, neat, spacious and peaceful. All the amenities necessary and a place to break away and cut off from the busyness of life. A farm stay not far off the beaten track.
