House Rules
The Guest House Manager will be on hand to sign you in as well as out, and accept the R1000 key breakage deposit upon arrival. The breakage deposit must be paid in cash. Please note that this deposit will only be refunded once the house has been properly checked and breakages mutually agreed. An additional cleaning fee of R300 could be charged based on the state of the house prior to departure of guests due to the time constraints in preparing and sanitizing the house for incoming guests. The departure time cannot be extended for this same reason, other than by prior arrangement and an additional fee to be negotiated with Guest House Manager could be charged for an additional cleaner.
We supply average electricity usage, but should this be exceeded an additional fee will be charged - the Guest House Manager will discuss upon arrival.
Please note that we do not allow parties/functions or excessive noise as we are based in a residential area.
There is parking for one vehicle in the garage - others may park on driveway at vehicle owners risk.
