Family-friendly cleaning services are not included.
No smoking is allowed in the apartment.
Please note that this unit only allows family bookings (3 Adults and 3 children).
If you are a group of 4 or more adults not travelling with your spouses or children, please contact us so
that we can find you alternative accommodation.
Linen and towels, as well as a standard departure cleaning service, are included in the rate.
Additional linen and towel changes will incur an additional cost.
Guests should please bring their beach towels.
The prices quoted are for up to 6 guests, 3 adults and 3 children.
Please note that there are no arrivals or departures on Christmas and New Year's Day.
This property strictly provides family-friendly holiday accommodation and does not allow bookings for groups of guests under the age of 25 or for matric rage bookings.
No wood, including firewood, or new trees may be brought into Santorini due to an infestation of the trees.
Vehicles parked incorrectly will have wheels clamped and an additional fee fine imposed. There is limited unallocated guest parking available and 1 Single lockup garage.
