Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R20 000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Maintenance work and construction are currently taking place on the property. The external and general areas of the building are being waterproofed and painted, with completion expected by 31 July 2026. Due to the work, there is a temporary parking restriction, and guests are advised to enquire prior to arrival for the most up-to-date information regarding their stay dates.
The balcony may pose a safety risk for small children. Children should be supervised at all times when using this area.
Children younger than 13 years are not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed.
Parties are not allowed.
A refundable security deposit may be required at our discretion prior to check-in.
