By booking you agree to these house rules (A R2000 fine will be deducted from your Deposit if the following Rules are not adhered to):

No parties.
No guests other than the paid-for guests are allowed on the property.
No noise as we are in a complex and there are other residents in close proximity.
No smoking inside
No pets
Check-out is by latest 10:00.
