Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2 000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
A maximum of 12 guests is permitted on the property at any time, and prior approval from the owner is required for any additional overnight guests. Guests are requested to respect the neighbours by keeping noise levels to a minimum.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the houses. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Fires may only be lit in the designated braai facilities, and guests must ensure that the gas knobs on the stove are completely turned off after use. Water should be used sparingly throughout the stay.
Guests are held responsible for any damage or loss caused to the property, furniture, or equipment during their stay. A refundable breakage deposit is required, from which any costs for damage, loss, or extraordinary cleaning will be deducted.
Upon departure, the property must be left tidy and in a reasonable condition. Check-in and check-out times must be strictly adhered to unless prior arrangements have been made. All keys must be returned upon departure, and guests will be held liable for the cost of any lost keys. Pets are not permitted on the premises.
