Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R4000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
- Strictly no parties
- Limited alcohol consumption
- Strictly no smoking in the house
- Strictly no prostitutes
- No drinking glasses allowed in the pool
- Only guests occupying the space may enter the property unless permission is granted by the host.
- No excessive noise is allowed such as a loud speaker which will cause a disturbance to the neighbours
- If any of the above rules are not followed you will be evicted from the premises with no refund
