House Rules
The person making the booking needs to be a part of the group checking in and staying at the accommodation.
Please bring along your ID for the handing over of the keys.
Daily cleaning services can be arranged when booking.
Guests must bring their own swimming towels.
Smoking is prohibited indoors.
Guests must keep the neighbours in mind and not make excessive noise or play loud music.
No noise is allowed from 18:00 to 06:00. Fines can be imposed by the security and or management.
The house is not suitable for parties, functions or events of any kind.
Guests may be fined if they do not abide by the property's rules.
Guests must bring drinking water with them or purchase it from the shop in Marlothpark.
Visitors and guests to the park must abide by the estate's rules.
Close windows, doors and curtains when leaving the house and lock doors. Monkeys and baboons must not have access to the house.
The alarm must be activated when leaving the house.
Make sure the gas appliances' gas is closed when not in use.
Please leave the house as you received it.
On the day of departure, please pack the outdoor furniture cushions and table mats in the house, to prevent monkeys and baboons from getting their hands on them and destroying them.
Please pack the dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on before you leave and hand in the keys.
Only the number of guests on the booking are allowed to stay in the accommodation.
