The property sleeps a maximum of 14 overnight guests. Only registered guests may stay at the property, and guest details must be provided in advance for access, insurance and house-rules acknowledgement. Third-party bookings are not permitted; the person making the booking must be part of the staying group and is responsible for all guests, visitors, conduct, damage and rule compliance.

A full house rules document must be signed within 48 hours of booking. Failure to complete the required guest details and signed house rules document within this timeframe may result in access being withheld or the booking being cancelled in line with the applicable platform and cancellation terms.

Check-in is from 3 PM and check-out is by 10 AM. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. The home is located in a residential setting, so guests must respect neighbours, privacy, parking rules, local regulations and community standards throughout their stay.

Parties, events, commercial shoots, unapproved gatherings and unauthorised visitors are not permitted. Any unauthorised party, gathering, visitor activity, misuse, damage or breach of the house rules may result in penalties, additional charges or early termination of the stay.

The property is private, self-catering and designed for families, multi-generational stays and responsible leisure groups. Children are welcome, but adults must supervise children at all times around the pool, stairs and balcony. The pool is not fenced or heated and must be used safely and responsibly.

No smoking or vaping is permitted indoors. Outdoor smoking is permitted only if cigarette butts are disposed of responsibly. Pets are not permitted.

The property is fully enclosed with electric fencing, alarm support, armed response and monitored external security cameras. Guests must not tamper with alarms, cameras, service areas, locked spaces or security systems. A non-intrusive live-in groundskeeper supports the property, and guests must respect private, service and locked areas unless access is approved by the host.

Secure off-street parking is available inside the property for up to six vehicles. Guests must park only in the designated secure parking areas and must not block access routes.

Two portable braais are available and must be used responsibly. Fires must never be left unattended. Outdoor cushions and furniture should be secured after use to protect them from coastal wind and weather.

The home is fully self-catering. A starter selection of toiletries, cleaning basics and coffee sachets is provided on arrival, but guests should plan groceries, drinks and personal supplies for the full stay. Please clean as you cook, follow appliance guides and leave cookware ready for the next guest. Only toilet paper may be flushed; wipes, sanitary products and foreign items may cause blockages and repair charges.

WiFi and smart TVs are available. Guests must log into their own streaming accounts and log out before departure. For stays of 7 nights or longer, a complimentary linen and towel refresh is available on day 4 upon request.
