note of the following rules:
No pets allowed.
Do not leave refuse or litter on common property.
All rubble must be removed and placed in allocated bins on the ground floor level.
Park only in your allocated bay or designated visitor bays.
No parking on common property without written trustee consent (except in emergencies).
Do not damage, mark, or alter any structures.
Washing lines, laundry, or personal items must not be visible from outside the unit or common areas.
No signs, advertisements, or notices may be displayed.
No open flames allowed.
No storage of flammable substances, except fuel in vehicles or small domestic gas/BBQ
cylinders.
Ensure outdoor barbecue gas connections are closed after use.
Keep noise levels low at all times. No loud music, parties, or disturbances.
Respect your neighbours’ right to peace and quiet. Visitors are your responsibility—ensure they comply with all rules.
The maximum number of guests staying is 6.
Small children are not to be left unattended on the balcony or in the pool.
This property is not suitable for groups.
Noise or parties are not allowed.
Children under the age of 15 are not allowed to use the elevator without adult supervision.
Keep the unit clean and free from pests.
Allow access to trustees or managing agents if pest treatment is required.
Important: These rules apply to all occupiers and visitors, regardless of lease or rental
arrangements. Non-compliance may result in fines or eviction.
