Please note that you will be required to accept the full terms and conditions as provided by management upon booking.
No pets are allowed in the estate.
No smoking is allowed in the house.
No events are allowed to be hosted.
The areas marked with "private" are private. Please do not try and break the locks.
Quiet time is from 10 pm to 5 am every day.
The maximum number of guests is 4.
No motorbikes allowed.
No loud music, radios, musical instruments, TVs, etc.
No fires outside of designated areas.
The electric fence surrounding the garden serves as a protective measure to keep wild animals out. While the estate animals are becoming accustomed to human presence, they remain wild and may react unpredictably if startled or threatened. Their natural response will either be to flee or to defend themselves.
Be careful when hiking/MTN biking, taking into account that you will encounter loose stones, cliff edges, slippery pathways, and some reasonably steep (albeit short) ups and downs. Preferably do not walk alone, let someone know where you are going, and take a cell phone to call for help if necessary.
The house has been provided with a green ‘wheelie bin’. Please tie black garbage bags of household rubbish and place them into the bin outside the house.
Garbage should be put at the top of the driveway, ready and accessible for collection by estate staff on Monday and Friday mornings.
The speed limit is 40 in the estate.
