House Rules
Guests are fully responsible for any breakages, damages, or losses caused by themselves or their visitors.
Only the permitted number of guests, including children, may stay at the property. No loud parties, 21st birthday celebrations, matric gatherings, or similar events are allowed. Excessive noise or breaches of the house rules may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
Groups of guests under the age of 21 are not permitted without adult supervision. Furniture may not be moved, and axes are prohibited. Alarm systems must be used as instructed. Pets are not allowed in this unit.
Guests are advised to bring additional lights or lanterns in the event of load shedding.
No pets allowed.
