Unique stay. We had a nice stay. We were welcomed with lovely milktarts. We enjoyed seeing the horses across from the cottage and the lush garden. The cottage can get very hot and humid during the day. Good amenities. A few mouse droppings but clean overall.

Dear Riekert. Thank you for taking the time to review our cottage. We are happy to hear you enjoyed the setting with the horses and the lush garden. Sorry to hear about the mouse droppings, but being on a farm and surrounded by a Nature Reserve, we do have animals and insects pay a visit. We do have a fan in the cottage for those hot balmy days, and keeping all the windows open helps to ensure a cool flow of air at all times. Charming and cozy romantic cottage, perfect base for exploring the Garden Route. Lovely, cozy, and charming spot with all the perfect amenities and comforts, and lovely detailed touches such as flowers, nice linen, fully equipped kitchen, and a full set of herbs for cooking.
