Sien bo. Baie netjiese en goed ingerigte hotel. Die diens was uitstekend, personeel akkommoderend en baie vriendelik. Die ontbyt was absoluut uitstekend - goeie kwaliteit en aanbieding. Werklik boutique hotel standaard.

Delicious food, nice room. Very nice stay, the food is delicious (we ate all the lunches and dinners there!). The room is really comfortable.

Uitstekende kwaliteit en gehalte in alle fasette. The Grand het sy naam oortref! Ons het baie lekker gebly en sal die hotel oral aanbeveel. Die dekor van elke kamer in die hotel is pragtig. Die afwerking van alles is net van die beste gehalte. Die ontbyt en aandete was uit die boonste rakke.

Dit was so aangenaam, ons het nog 'n aand gebly! Die gasheer en vrou het absoluut alles in hulle vermoë gedoen om ons kuier so aangenaam moontlik te maak. Die ontbyte was heerlik, aanete te smaaklik vir woorde. Die kamers so gerieflik ingerig. Personeel vriendelik en hulpvaardig.

Aan Gerhard Dit klink absoluut wonderlik! Dit is so goed om te hoor dat die gasheer en vrou soveel moeite gedoen het om julle kuier so aangenaam moontlik te maak. Dit lyk as of die ontbyte heerlik was en die aandete ongelooflik smaaklik. Dit is ook goed om te weet dat die kamers so gerieflik was en dat die personeel vriendelik en hulpvaardig was. It was OK, just OK - considering the price. Our room and bathroom were spacious, and the finishes were top quality. The staff and our hosts were friendly and helpful. We had dinner at the restaurant, which was excellent, and I would recommend it even if you are not staying at the hotel. The hotel is under new ownership and has been completely revamped, and some of the systems are not quite there yet. Be aware of the following items: There is no air conditioning in the rooms, the Guest WiFi is completely open (this is a dangerous practice), the coffee station in the room did not have the advertised Nespresso machine and offered only instant coffee, the smart TV in the room has no DSTV, and you have to use your personal credentials to watch DSTV Stream/Netflix/Disney. Remember to delete your account - our room still had a previous guest's Netflix registered. There was also no proper handover of the room on our arrival. We did not know that the items in the bar fridge were complimentary, and there were no TV instructions, WiFi setup offer, etc. Breakfast was good, and the pool and garden area were beautiful. The hosts are friendly and helpful. The bottom line: Our Superior room cost R5100 for one night, and sadly, the experience was not worth the money. The same money could buy a night at the 5-star Table Bay Hotel.
