House Rules
No parties or loud music – Quiet hours start at 22:00.
No smoking – Smoking of cigarettes or cannabis is not permitted inside the units. Cannabis smoking is also prohibited near other units or the main farmhouse.
Braai safety – Fires must be completely doused before retiring for the night.
Water and electricity conservation – Please use resources responsibly.
Pool rules – No glass near or inside the pool; use plastic or cans instead. Nudity is not permitted. Running, diving, bombing, or dunking on others is prohibited.
Children and pool safety – Children must be fully swim-safe or supervised by an adult at all times. The pool is unsupervised and located away from the units. Swimming is at the parents’ own risk.
Pool equipment – Do not tamper with the pool’s equipment or settings.
Common areas – Keep all shared spaces clean.
Orchards and plants – Do not pick fruit from the trees, as it may not be ripe. Refrain from removing plants or air plants from their natural spots.
Security – Lock all doors and windows when going out or checking out. Turn off all lights before leaving.
Reporting issues – Report any damages or concerns immediately
No pets allowed.
Key return – Return keys and remotes to the host family or as arranged.
