Always be mindful of noise. Our quiet hours are 22h00 to 08h00.
Strictly no parties or events allowed. No Visitors in the units after 22h00. All visitors are to please sign in at reception.
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. This includes cigarettes, shisha/hookah/hubbly, marijuana, vapes or e-cigarettes. Smoking on the premises will result in a R1,500 fine.
Illegal materials, substances or activities are not permitted.
For your convenience we have provided a safe, located in the wardrobe in your room. Hotel bears no responsibility for any damage or loss of your personal belongings. In case of any loss, you are kindly requested to immediately inform Reception. We suggest you double check safe in your room prior to your departure from the Hotel.
Linen is changed every third day. Used towels are changed daily.
Inventory is checked after each stay, so please make sure none of our items are accidentally packed when you leave. Accidents happen! Make sure you report any breakages to the team. Only damage due to negligent behaviour will result in a claim for repairs/replacement.
The pool is available for all guests of the Hotel and is available on the 7th floor. Please do not use our bathroom towels at the pool area, contact reception for pool towels. The pool is open 7 days a week from 8am to 8pm.
